Keef Ruffy  – Creative Director

Keef has not been working in PR for long but provides reams of inspiration to the senior team at Little Red. Running stimulating brainstorms and organising all the agency’s social activities is Keef’s forte. He is also particularly good at managing client relations.

Outside of his responsibilities as a PR, Keef can be found practising the downward dog (he is a big yoga fan), playing football at the park (his fav move is the Johan Cruyff turn) and taking his girlfriend Mabel out for dinner.

Victoria Shortt – Partner

Victoria founded Little Red Rooster in 2010 after working in PR for over 10 years with clients such as O2, Deloitte, 7 Digital, Grana Padana and also in-house at Samsung. She lives and breathes PR and is passionate about achieving the absolute best results for her clients.

Outside of  PR she is passionate about culture and busies herself with her love of music, fashion and horse riding. She’s also dabbled on the other side of the media having previously written a music/lifestyle blog – Victoria’s Jukebox which was shortlisted at the 2007 & 2008 BT Digital Music Awards for Best New Music Blog. She now writes the regular Gadget Girl slot every Tuesday in the Metro newspaper for which she was nominated for a CEDIA Award in 2012 for Best Interiors Feature.

Henry Griffiths – Partner

Henry began his career as a journalist at titles including What Hi-fi, Stuff and Gramophone. In 2002, he accepted a post as press officer with Cambridge Audio and Mordaunt-Short and his career in PR began. Henry has worked across a broad range of clients including luxury brands Loewe, Denon and Marantz, Monster, Vita Audio and Kef.

As a partner Henry specialises in national newspaper, luxury lifestyle, men’s and interior design media coverage – the perfect platform to indulge his penchant for fine dining and rugby football.

Marianne Beagley – Account Manager

Maz began her career at the luxury fabric & wallpaper firm Colefax & Fowler, she then moved to boutique PR agency Beam, where her knowledge for gadgets started as she lead the PR for accessories company Griffin & worked on the launch of British e-reader start-up, Cool-er.

Invited to join the PR team, in-house at Firebox.com in 2010 Maz was quickly managing the company’s UK PR campaigns, exposing her to a wide range of products across sport, technology, food, drink, homes, gardens and toys. When she is not chatting to journalists Maz can be found trawling through the LDN edition of Time Out.

Holly Dunham-Shortt – Office Manager/PA

Holly has worked as a PA for over 10 years and is the go-to lady for getting things done. An igloo in Bangalore? A Starbucks Double Shot Macchiato in the outer Hebrides? She will have it with you in 10. Holly makes sure everything goes smoothly and is an invaluable part of the team at Rooster HQ.

Outside running the good ship Rooster, Holly loves walking her dog Nanook and riding her horse Verne in the Oxfordshire countryside. Also a good cook, Holly is responsible for the Rooster afternoon sugar rush and partial to Metallica and Guns N Roses.
